Renting an arch is easy! Navigate to our “Date Inquiry” page and fill out the form letting us know when your wedding date is and what piece you are interested in.
We will get back to you within 48 hours and let you know if that date is available.
If your date is available and you are ready to proceed with renting the piece for your special day, we will send you a customized invoice.
Once the 25% down payment is paid and the contact is signed your date is set!

If you love a particular arch from our collection and wish to add an extra color, we offer the option to do so for a fee. This service is contingent on our ability to source your desired flowers before your specified date. It's important to note that we are unable to remove any existing flowers from the arch. For personalized requests, contact us via email, and we will promptly respond to your inquiry

At present, in-person consultations are not available as our arches are too large to be transported and set up for such appointments. To provide you with a preview, we have a collection of professional, clear, and detailed photos and videos for each arch, ensuring you have a clear understanding before making a rental decision. Explore our Instagram page @archblooms for additional visuals. Furthermore, we will actively participate in open houses and bridal shows in various venues, offering you the opportunity to see our items in person. Since we only specialize in providing distinctive and sizable statement pieces for weddings, we do not implement an exclusivity policy. When browsing our arches during the checkout process, you'll find a detailed description of all the flowers incorporated into each piece. This information enables you to plan your additional florals in harmony with our arch designs. It's essential to be aware that many florists may have exclusivity policies. If you have already booked a florist or plan to do so, it is crucial to verify with them whether they permit the inclusion of an external piece. Effective communication with your florist before renting from us ensures a seamless collaboration that aligns with your overall floral vision.

The price you pay includes our movers/florist to set up the floral piece one time, in one location. Additional fees will apply if the item is needed to be moved to a different location for the reception.

We provide complimentary delivery, setup, and teardown services for one location situated within a 25-mile radius of our warehouse in Cleveland, TN. For each additional mile beyond the initial 25 miles, there will be an extra charge of $1 per mile, up to a maximum distance of 75 miles.
